Almost every months of Myanmar Calendar has at least one festival or Ceremony as Myanmar is known as happy-go-lucky type peoples, in fact most of these are based on the culture or religion.

All of them are celebrated traditionally and each festival has its special feature. Most of the festivals which function harmoniously with nature are worth seeing and we can observe the real ways of lives of Myanmar peoples, their culture and customs.

For the sake of visitors for those who wish to enjoy those special events and occasions, we here illustrate the places and the reasons of celebrating the festivals in brief. The dates are verified annually according to lunar calendar.
